Ima li o ovome više informacija ?
recently read that Italy used paratroopers in WWI. I would presume that they would have to have been used against kuk firces. I would also presume that they would have been ferried by Caproni bombers. Does anyone have any info?

1st parachutes in WWI were introduced late in war for fighert pilots and oberservers on balloons or airplanes.
2nd even Caproni bombers wouldn't have so much space to carry effectively paratroops.

But I know about one episode where italian secret service send in 1918 an officer behind austro-hungarian line in the zone of Vittorio Veneto and he was parachuted from a normal 2-seater oberserver airplane.
I will check my books to give you the right name and title.

Massed use of paratroops like in WWII did not happen.
